  • Full-service includes everything from budgeting, design, vendor management, and timelines, to full execution. Day-of coordination typically begins 4-6 weeks your event and focuses on managing the final logistics and wedding itself.

  • Our wedding planning packages range from $2,500 to $50,000+, depending on the level of service, guest count, and complexity. We also offer custom for destination nad multi-day weddings.

  • We work with a variety of budgets, but our services are best suited for weddings with a minimum overall budget for $20,000+

  • Yes. For full-service clients, we research, recommend, and negotiate contracts with your vendors. For coordination packages, we confirm logistics with your selected vendors and manage them on the day.

  • Absolutely! We’ll jump in wherever you are in the process.

  • Yes! Our lead planner (and assistant, depending on your package) will be onsite to manage the day from setup through the final breakdown.

  • Our team is trained to troubleshoot behind the scenes and handle issues calmly and discreetly- so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Social celebrations FAQ

  • We plan everything from milestone birthdays and baby showers to corporate events, graduations, engagement parties, and more

  • We don’t require a minimum guest count, but our packages typically start at $1,200 and scale based on complexity, venue, and vendors needs.

  • Yes, we offer a la carte services such as event styling, vendor setup, or day-of coordination for smaller celebrations.

  • Absolutely! We love creating unique themes and personalized experiences tailored to your vision and guests.

  • For larger celebration, we recommend at least 2-3 months’ notice. Smaller events may be possible with shorter notice depending on availability.

  • A signed contract and a non-fundable retainer are required to officially reserve your date.

Logistics & Operations (Applies to All Services)

  • Yes! We’re available for destination events and out-of-town celebrations. Travel fees may apply based on location.

  • We understand that life happens. Please refer to your contract for our rescheduling and cancellation policy. We’re always happy to work with you on alternative options when possible.

  • Yes, we carry full liability insurance and can provide proof to venues or vendors upon request.

  • We offer communication via email, scheduled calls/zoom, and in-person meetings (based on your package). You’ll also receive planning documents and timelines ago keep everything organized.
