Our signature arch rentals are crafted from premium wood for a sturdy, polished, and luxury finish. Each piece is designed to create a clean statement look that beautifully complements weddings, baby showers, milestones birthdays, corporate celebrations, and elevated social events.

Each rental is professionally maintained to ensure a flawless presentation for your event.

Please reserve rental items at least 7–10 days in advance to ensure availability and allow time for styling preparation.
Last-minute bookings may be accepted based on inventory and scheduling and may be subject to a rush fee.
Delivery, professional setup, and pickup are available for an additional fee based on event location, access, stairs, setup complexity, and selected rental items.
Holiday weekends, peak celebration dates, and custom-styled rentals should be reserved 2–4 weeks in advance whenever possible.
Clients will receive a confirmed delivery window prior to the event date. Delays caused by venue access restrictions, unavailable loading zones, or client schedule changes may result in additional service fees.

Each rental can be customized to complement your event vision, color palette, and celebration theme.
Available customization options may include balloon styling, florals, themed accents, signage, marquee numbers, shelving décor, treat displays, and specialty props.
Custom color requests, layered backdrop designs, character-inspired setups, branded event elements, and luxury floral enhancements are quoted separately based on design complexity.
For the most elevated experience, clients may upgrade their rental selection to include full styling, professional setup, and coordinated décor enhancements.

Delivery, professional setup, and scheduled pickup are available for an additional fee based on event location, mileage, access, stairs, and setup complexity.
Large backdrop bundles, shimmer walls, treat walls, luxury lounge pieces, and specialty installations require professional delivery and setup and are not available for client self-transport.
Select lightweight décor rentals may be eligible for client pickup and return by appointment only.
Clients choosing pickup are responsible for transporting items safely and returning all rental pieces in their original condition within the agreed rental window.
Late returns, missing pieces, excessive wear, or changes to the agreed pickup schedule may result in additional service charges.

Standard rental pricing includes up to 24 hours of use unless otherwise noted. Extended rental periods may be arranged in advance for an additional fee based on item type and availability.
Clients are responsible for keeping all rental items in a clean, secure, and damage-free environment during use.
Please avoid:
• Moving large backdrop structures after setup
• Exposing rentals to rain, strong wind, or outdoor moisture
• Attaching tape, glue, nails, or harsh adhesives
• Placing food, drinks, or candles directly on specialty props unless approved
Damaged, excessively worn, missing, or late-returned items may result in repair, replacement, or additional service charges.
Late-night breakdown, next-day pickup, or extended-use requests may require an additional service fee.
